These indicate when you need to check if the player you are rolling against already has a Niggling Injury.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUnder the new Season 3 casualty rules, a Niggling Injury adds +1 to the casualty roll. This means some results can be pushed into the next, more serious result.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor example, if you roll a ‘BH*’ result and the player already has a Niggling Injury, the +1 would move the result up to ‘MNG’, meaning the player would be awarded a Miss Next Game result instead of Badly Hurt.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe arrangement of the Niggling Injury Pips allows you to easily determine the adjusted result without searching around the die. Simply look at the next face to the right of the one you just rolled.
