It’s my pleasure to introduce you to the latest in the Thick Skull range – the Thick Skull M Case. Not every match day needs the whole kit. At many leagues and tournaments, the pitch and dugouts are supplied—so why haul them around? That’s where the Thick Skull M comes in: it offers the same tried-and-tested protection and build quality as the XL/L case, in a smaller, lighter format designed for just the essentials – and it can be in your hands in February 2026.

This case has the MagGuard system installed, completely hidden inside the base of the case. It allows you to store your miniatures using magnets instead of foam, should you wish to do so—no metal plates to fit, nothing extra to bolt on. The whole of the inside base section will react to magnets on your bases, so there’s plenty of space for all your miniatures, and to the user it just looks and feels like a normal case interior.

Black Friday Pre-Order Event

Black Friday is a big deal for my business; it drives a lot of traffic to the website, which means more eyes on the products – more potential sales. So I figured this would be the best time to launch because more people are coming and they are looking to make a saving. So, in the spirit of Black Friday, I am offering a discount on the case for this weekend only. Once Black Friday ends, the discount will end, but the pre-order will continue.

I am also offering customers the ability to upgrade to a split shipping option. This means they can order other heavily discounted products, as well as pre-order the Thick Skull M Case, and I can ship their Black Friday products separately right away. Once the case arrives in February, it will be shipped on to them. It’s a simple case of selecting your preferred shipping option at checkout!

Exclusive Pre-Order Token

Those of you who jump on board and take part in the pre-order of the Thick Skull M Case will get an exclusive token as a thank you. This token will never retail on the website and will only be produced to be given to you. Once the case comes into stock and comes off pre-order status, no more tokens will be given out. It will be a token that can be used in every match you play, and a collector’s item for the ages. Trust me: it’s an awesome token!

Why is this not a Kickstarter?

Well, for a few main reasons. One, I have very recently invested time and money in the website to be able to run the IOSS system. This system means that EU customers are no longer hit with VAT and handling charges when their orders arrive. Now, the website takes these charges and absorbs them, so in effect it just got 20% cheaper for EU customers to order from me—back to pre-Brexit days! Second, I have also made sure that the website works for our American friends; the website now takes their tariff payment, so no surprise landing fees for them either! Third, the discounts on other products I offer in the Kickstarter campaign are pretty much equivalent to my Black Friday discounts anyway, so everyone still wins! Fourth, thanks to a very supportive community, I’ve already invested the money and the cases are already in production, which means they’ll be in your hands faster—February 2026, in fact. In other words, why should I repeat all of this hard work through Kickstarter?

Internal Layout & Storage

MagGuard – this case comes with a pre-installed and invisible magnetic system that allows the user to store and transport miniatures magnetically, should they wish to do so. The whole bottom section of the case is magnetically compatible; simply add 8x2mm neodymium magnets to your bases and off you go.
Foams: Includes x2 half foams to securely hold a full-size dice cup, a slim dice cup, x16 32mm miniatures, and x2 Big Guys.
Foam miniature holes are 32mm x 53mm x 30mm deep for the smaller size and 53mm x 75mm x 30mm for the larger.
Compatible with any of your Half Size / Deep foams you might already own, and fully customisable with the wide range of foam layouts available on the Charlie Victor website.
Internal Pockets: Stretchy mesh for easy access. In the lid, one full-sized zipped pocket for accessories such as passing templates, dice, tokens, etc. One half-size pocket for rosters, cheat cards, tokens, etc. Two medium pockets for easy organisation of more accessories.
The protective foam layer is part of the internal flap and is not removable, so it’s always in the right place and can’t be misplaced at events or league nights.
